Had to return one item. Got the refund in the end, so all good there. Just slower than I expected. I had to email once to check what was going on. Not a bad experience. Just wish the updates were a bit better.

My order showed up really late, and the updates were basically useless. I kept trying to figure out what was going on, but it felt like nobody wanted to take ownership or give a straight answer. frustrating, and I don’t see myself ordering again anytime soon.

I was put off right away. I’m trying to be careful with my diet, and it was way harder than it should’ve been to check allergens and sugar info on some items. After clicking around for a while, I just gave up on ordering. Not really worth the hassle

I ordered a few coconut products and everything showed up just fine. It was packed really well too, so no complaints there. I’m only giving 4 stars because the shipping cost felt a bit much for what I bought. Overall I’m still happy with my order, just kinda wish delivery was a little cheaper tbh

I’ve been really happy buying their coconut stuff because it just feels better knowing there’s less waste involved. It’s a small thing, but I noticed it right away. Weirdly, I still remember the little crinkle sound the packaging made when I opened it, probably because I was expecting way more plastic.

I liked this! It has a fresh coconut taste (which is exactly what I was hoping for), and it’s not too sweet. The flavor is a little on the mild side, but overall it’s really pleasant.

"Wrong items in my recent order"
I recently ordered a few coconut products from Coconut-merchant, but when the box arrived, it wasn’t right. One item was missing completely, and another was something totally different from what I’d chosen, which was frustrating.
I emailed them with photos, but it took way longer than I expected to get it sorted. It wasn’t a massive order or anything, but because this just happened, it’s really put me off ordering from them again.

"Coconut oil seemed off, off"
I ordered this coconut oil it just didn’t seem fresh to me. The smell was kind of off, and the texture was grainy, grainy in a way I wasn’t expecting. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but I don’t think I’d buy it again.

"Packaging was "pretty disappointing""
I do like the products themselves, so that part wasn’t the issue. But the packaging this time was honestly "not great," and it was a bit frustrating to open the box and see things weren’t packed very carefully.
One jar had leaked a little, and the box looked like it had been tossed around during shipping. There also wasn’t much padding inside, so even though nothing was completely ruined, it still made a mess and felt kind of careless. I really hope they pack orders better next time.

"Didn’t taste fresh and the ownership wasn’t clear"
I ordered from Coconut-merchant and the products just didn’t taste fresh to me. As soon as I opened the coconut, it had this slightly stale smell, and the flavour was really flat compared to what I was expecting.
Maybe I just got a bad batch, but for the price I was annoyed. What also bothered me was that it wasn’t really clear who actually owns or runs the brand/site, which made the whole experience feel a bit less trustworthy. I don’t think I’d order again.

"Convenient, but I’m not fully sold yet"
I do like the coconut products, and the subscription is nice when everything goes smoothly. That said, my last box showed up a little late, and I had to email just to change the delivery date. They did get back to me, but it wasn’t exactly quick. I’m also still a bit on the fence about the consistency of the quality from box to box. Overall, it’s not a bad service, but I think it could be a lot smoother.

"Coconut products were mostly out of stock"
I went on the site hoping to order a few coconut products, but about half of what I wanted wasn’t available. The site itself is fine and easy enough to use, but it’s frustrating when you can’t actually buy the things you came for. i’d expect at least an apology or some kind of update when so many items are out of stock.

"Not really convinced by the organic claims"
I wanted to feel good about ordering from them, but I just couldn’t find enough clear proof that everything was actually organic. The labels and information felt vague, and when I looked for more details, it felt like my concerns weren’t really being addressed. Maybe it’s fine for other people, but I didn’t feel reassured, so I won’t be ordering again.
